What are the best commodities to invest your money into?

Depends on how much you have personally at this point I'm into gold and silver but my business allows me cheap access to buy and quick liquidity if I need to sell
N. b. Rental property is good I know people in the field who do well out of it then you have the speculative lines like wine, whisky, art, classic cars and luxury goods
Gold makes a lot of sense because of inflation. I want to do rental property, but it sounds really confusing.
Rental properties: as they have Actual Value and make money both in form and function.

700 monthly to 1400 monthly.

I have a Business and pleasure connection there. 3 USD to 1 baht. You can have a 4/2 with two kitchens, terra cotta roof Miami/Palm Beach 2700 sqft, high ceiling with 60 inch TV sized window around ceiling, nice weathered tree wood car”patio” cover/garage, same wood type fence on.75 acres with banana and cashew tree for 45,000-65,000 USD. It was much less during virus. Mahogany (is plentiful) cabinets and floors. No A/C and 65 is freeze out cold there. I have what are wall units but elongated a/c blowers for each bedroom.

I started small 3/2 fixer and rented 2 bedrooms to a normal looking perfect old guy (62) tenant.. who turned out to be a cross dresser with penis. I learned fairly quickly why he wanted 2 bedrooms with closets.

Find yourself a well known 2% commission investment buy/flip Realtor. There’s usually about 5-10 and 2/3 which are big boys.
—In my area now 30,000-50,000 over Cash deals are being outbid. Gun shots in daylight areas now for us. AND make the interior fundamentals new and superior for area. You need 5 years out of that first tenant. Are you Rural, Suburban, orCity-Method depends on it.
