What is the best investment you can make right now?

My vote is Silver , India is buying new record amounts. Very few new strikes or mines. Mines are closing because no silver left. When new silver ends and we only have what has already been mined. It will explode. Silver in computers and phones , mirrors , and solar panels is destroyed and can't be recycled. China and India may end up controlling 2/3 of all silver.

Uranium is good also. Need it for nuclear power plants. The only way everyone can use electric cars is if we have nuclear plants.

Guns are good because of crime, and economies could collapse from too much debt , and Gov't could make guns illegal , but people will still want them.

Bit Coin is not good in my opinion. Too high and I know Gov'ts will out law it or best case will regulate it.

Real Estate , might get too high for anyone to afford and also could be taken by Gov'ts.

Uranium because world will have to make Nuclear Plants if no fossil fuels or coal is allowed

Silver , needed for electric cars , medical equipment , electronics

I think US Gov't (if US gov't does this , so will all the other countries) will Confiscate all public land including houses, Gold and Silver Bullion (maybe Junk Silver too, and graded coins) , All Guns, and Bit Coin and all other Cryptos.

I would have listed Lithium , but most of it is in China and you can't trust China. Americans have bought gold mines and when they discovered Gold , China just took it from them. No way to sue China for damages. They let them buy the equipment pay people , then stole their mine. This is why China needs to be sanctioned. Individuals there have no rights. They can't be taken to court. They can take over any company they want. But Greedy America saw fast money and didn't set rules up

Gov't may eliminate public ownership soon , which means you will take what they claim it is worth , not the market value. They did that with Gold and will with gold again.
