It depends on the particular job you are doing, especially in construction.
I said landscaping, because while there are some easy elements to it, there is a lot of consistent bending and squatting, moving earth, stone, pipe, concrete, and wood. A landscaper is a plumber, an electrician, a horticulturalist and arborist, among other things. If you are in construction, there are a few jobs where you are shoveling hot asphalt and moving heavy items around, but the majority of the heavy lifting is done with machines. A construction worker is rarely down on hands and knees, working the earth. It's definitely hard work, at least in certain positions.
I think the hardest jobs in construction are more physically demanding than landscaping, but if you average out all the practically sedentary jobs in construction (like machine operators, drivers, and sign holders), overall it's less demanding.

Construction is much harder.
I have done both. Landscaping can be rough as well
