A mix of both but largely mental. The work around the house definitely physical. Working on an addition to our home and doing it by myself. Little ones aren't old enough to help though they are very enthusiastic that daddy is making a "really big block"
I work as a programmer... I don't think it needs a lot more of a commentary. 🙂
Mental work here... I work as a technical manager. Mostly planning and organizing work of my team, cooperation with other departments which rely on us, attending myriads not needed meetings...
Definatly mental.. a lot. I have almost no physical strenght lol..:/

Both, shopping for, buying, and fixing up houses the rent them for a profit later. Most of the work is mental until it hits 6-12 months of hard physical work to fix them. Then, it's back to relaxing and mental work. Plus, I manage my own stock portfolio and research other investment opportunities, and that involves a lot of reading and mental work as well.
Mental. I dont want to do another physical one. I felt like crying daily 😂
Both. I'm a dance instructor so it's equal parts mental and physical.
My work barely requires much of anything -.-
Both for sure, physically is self explanatory... the mental part is working with retards lol
