I want a guy at my work. How do I go about this?

I have a major intense sexual desire for someone at my work.
I was temping at my work before being offered a full time position. The temp role was in one department with the manger I desire, now I work in another department for the same company with a different manager. So the guy I desire isn’t technically my manger anymore. But he is in a managerial role. Do you think this would hold him back from like showing interest in me or being with me, do you think he wouldn’t ask me out coz he is worried it would be inappropriate. Is it inappropriate?

You just want to use him for sex. You could ask him out see if he wants to grab coffee or something like that. But again I don't think you really have his best interests in mind or yours really either for that matter honestly and truthfully speaking

Yea I’m purely interested in the fact I find him extremely desirable because I don’t crush on people very often and I don’t have sexual fantasies very often.

Some companies have rules against that, others are where everyone is screwing everyone else.
The issue can be that if you are there or planning on being there long term and it doesn't work out, it might not be comfortable to stay there.

Moat companies have policy not to date staff as a manger so yea if he cares about the job I see it being a issue for him

Don't do it you never shit where you eat. He works with you if this goes bad you still have to see him everyday you never date anybody on your job it never works out that a major no no

It would Definitely look inappropriate for him, It probably doesn't matter that much to you so try talking to him when your not at work.
