How to get the guy I want?

I have a crush on my coworker. I’m pretty sure he’s been flirting with me. Thighs touching when we sit next to each other, touching hands a lot, helping me with stuff, checking on me, and making suggestive jokes towards me. The only problem is that he may or may not be in a long distance relationship. I’m not 100% sure, he was in a ldr with a girl a couple months ago. I heard some things at work that made me think he was single, and then some things that made me think he wasn’t. He never talks about her with me. I made the mistake of telling a guy I liked him not knowing he had a girlfriend in the past. I don’t want to do that again. I don’t know what to do. Please help.

Act like he's lucky you're even having a conversation with him. Seriously. Guys usually don't have much interest in a woman who is nice, kind and thoughtful, but treat them like they're not worthy of you and they'll fall at your feet every time.
