Why do people feel entitled to know about your dream job or career plans?

They ask and they keep on insisting to know even if I say that it's private.

They act nosy and pushy.

I've seen that the more you tell about your plans, the more they'll interfere and discourage you when they themselves haven't been there.

They limit you like they're limited themselves or they're too successful so they get a chance to put you down as it hurts their ego to see someone else also aiming high.

I just don't like telling people my plans, how can I avoid telling that in future?

You don't have to share what you aren't comfortable with sharing and you should be free to choose what knowledge you give out and most importantly this privacy is an earlier priority than their entitlement to a creditable answer.
To clarify; the unwelcomed insistence is more by the side of their ego and not of genuine concern, if that person is of distant relation you ask them to guess and celebrate whatever 'realistic' answer they give, this cover their ego and since future is unproven it should be enough.
If that person is close and your desires are precieved as too ambitious then also consider that they might have good intentions even if they don't come across in perfect light, and it just might be of your best interest to engage honestly. Your decisions are up to you and you should establish that when conversing their prespective, you might not agree with all of their input but the shared efforts can be worthwhile.
It will be you who will have to take care of yourself when you get a job right they don't have leverage, as long as your plan is for a beneficial and righteous work non of their arguments should put you down.

Avoid whatever bring up the topic. And for them to continue asking when you tell them it's private/personal, is extremely disrespectful and rude (you can let them know that also). But I'd avoid it by avoiding them and talking to them to begin with.

Because real life sucks so when we overcome an obstacle that we underrated, we want to share that information with others. It’s either to brag or in an attempt to spare others from the pain.

Yeah that's what the point of this question is. They are allowed to ask but when I even tell a few things, they push me to say more then interfere. If I say I'll show you until it's done, then also they force me to tell.
