Do you dislike people who lie about their credentials?

I disliked two of my cousins ex girlfriends because one had a fake graduate designation and another claimed to have an A- minus in university while earning $20.00 an hour at a bank. Recently I got annoyed again cause a woman with no linguistic talent claims to have a 4.0 in an English related field which I’m certain is fake, somebody with good communication skills would be able to showcase that in their conversation, she never uses a single word above middle school English and claims to have a 4.0 GPA.

Liars in general are unattractive, but your examples seem oddly specific because of standards you seem to personally hold. Do you actually know this information for fact or is this just assumption?

Like, how is it impossible to have an A- while earning $20 an hour at a bank? Is that not possible for a student to do while holding a job?

The 4.0 in English minus linguistic talent? Who cares if it isn't above middle school level words being used? The trick is to deliver what needs to be said in a concise and simple manner that people can understand.

Yes, that's an indication of fundamental dishonesty. I would wonder what else they are lying about, or are going to lie about. Don't trust them with anything important.
