I made a joke to a co worker about him not doing much to another but it was just a joke...

I mean, i'd say that dont make jokes with others unless you guys know eachother well. If you aren't, they would take it as an insult.

I joke around with my co-workers but i know them well and they know me since my childhood so we joke around. That's okay.
But i would not if we werent like, "friends"
