Seriously, all these guys on here getting all butt hurt that women want equal pay for equal work. Oh, the humanity!
Don’t you love it when men whine about women wanting to be treated as equal?

If you employ someone for the vast majority of jobs, you want someone that is able to do the job.
if you hire a smart person, you want them telling you the stuff you should be doing etc.
When you post a job vacancy it does not matter what gender a person is.
When a Chinook helicopter was doing a medivac in Afghan, there was not a check made to see if the crew where all male, it was the on call or closest cab that was tasked.
Also the final link are roles that can be done by both guys or girls, semi random links, however I’m visiting a friend there.
There are very few jobs that are not easily done by either gender and those that are specific are not open to all guys as the role is often very specific and a 5’4 overweight guy would not be able to do the job.
There were four female licensed civil engineers on my staff, as well as one female Engineering Tech and one female Technologist. All six women were paid the same as their male counterparts who had similar levels of seniority.
Did I have an issue with this? No.
I love this answer!
I wouldn't know, because I've never met men like that. I have, however, come across many who didn't like the fact that when it comes to homelessness, approximately 75% of those living on the streets are male. Or the fact that they don't live, on average, as long as women do, or the fact that, overall, the vast majority of difficult and dangerous occupations (ex. soldier, construction worker, miner, electrician) are performed by men because the vast majority of women don't want to do anything beyond a comfortable, air-conditioned office. As for the mythical gender-wage gap, the simple fact is that men are far more likely to take on roles that pay more, and they pay more because, as I mentioned above, they're far more difficult and dangerous. Look, just watch this short documentary. About half way through he tackles some of the issues you seem to think are so important, judging by your responses here.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/8M7KGe2UnmESome men think only men can/do physical jobs, but at my job, there's more women that are the hard workers (older women) and the younger men and women that are lazy, and can't handle the work... But want the pay 🙄
@Brainsbeforebeauty I think there is a definite generational thing going on with that.

I believe in equality more than most women do. I’ve done physically demanding jobs where women didn’t want to do heavy lifting. I’d tell them, “You’re getting equal pay, do the equal work.” And, the Equal Pay Act was signed into law by John Kennedy.
Speaking of equal treatment, if not equal pay, did anyone see the pro choice protester with a bullhorn jump a barricade and rush the president’s motorcade? Karen’s on the sidelines seemed offended that a cop body slammed a woman on the pavement. It’s what they would have done to me!
There’s a lot to what you said, so first, I’m glad that “protester” got body slammed. Agree or disagree with the Supreme Court decision, some of these protesters have gone crazy, and that’s unacceptable. If a woman has the same job as a man, she should expect to do the entire job. When I say “equal”, that’s exactly what I mean.
Yeah. Women want more then equality. They want more. They want to have more, without the responsibility (many women, not all). I’ve been at work where a woman was doing janitorial work same as I was when I was younger (she was older). There were four of us to cover different floors and sections of the building. She know she wasn’t getting paid as much, was there as long. Also, she always complained that takin the trash out was always the man’s job, either at work there or at home. And a couple other things she was asked to do. Complained and made excuses to the boss until he asked me or the other guy to do that job. Yet, she was chirping about equal pay. Just one example of a couple I have seen and heard personally of this. Not saying every woman is like this. But women whine more then men about it without accepting the same responsibilities.
Considering how badly so many of them reacted when they thought we had equality in reproductive rights, yes. Meritocracy must seem horrifying when you work less hard less often.
Thank you for the laugh! 🙄
I'm gonna bet the same guy that was on your opinion in the other questions is gonna come here and post his same articles again as if they were the scriptures themselves.
@Ez-Bri-Z_v2 oh, I’m sure! And a lot of other incels who hate women. 😁
You don’t want equality. You want to pick n choose what benefits you. If you want equality then women need to be subjected to the laws of selective services. Let me guess you’re probably single, maybe some kids, mad at men lol
To address your assumptions I’m going to ask you a question first: were you drafted? Answer is no, since we haven’t had a draft in this country in nearly 50 years. Now then, I don’t have any issue with men, only the whiny little boys on here who cry and moan about women believing the simple concept of being treated as equals. Oh, and I am quite happily married to a man who doesn’t get butt hurt because I have an independent streak.
Good for you. At least someone beta male is willing to put up w you lol
That’s funny coming from a whiny Blue Anon. My husband is far from a “beta” anything. Unlike you, he voluntarily served our country (if you live in the U. S.), and was wounded during his time. The difference here, is that he treats me as his equal. Are we “the same”? No, no one would want that. But he values me, my opinion, and my humanity. It’s whiny little boys like you, who aren’t secure in your own masculinity that need to grow up and grow a pair.
Lol honestly I don’t give a rat’s ass what you have to say. I was just trying to make you go off on a rant like you just did, thanks for the entertainment. Yes I’m from this country, maybe I served w your husband at one point. Have a good day.
If you served, thank you. Other than that, I hope you have a great day.
Yes I served for 10 years. My apologies shouldn’t have been an asshole
It's so pathetic. We're in no way less capable than men and whoever thinks so is an idiot,
Absolutely correct!
I think people who complain are really hot, love me a good whiner, oh? the cake is too sweet? the curtains are too feminine? man you really get me flustered
Only in the common case, when they want to be treated as equal when it's convenient, or when "equal" doesn't mean equal.
I love the silliness of the false narrative.
Women make 82% of what a man performing the same job. That’s according to the Department of Labor. Bye now
Not really, have you, like a man, looked into confounding factors instead of automatically trying to define the world as a priori owning you?
If you control for all factors besides gender, women actually make more, like hours worked, insalubrity, etc.
Maybe you should try owning up to being equal, then you wouldn't embarrass yourself like this.
I don't whine... I have always thought of us as equals
@Zolly99999 excellent
Women already have that so you are the ones who are whining about nothing.
On average, women make 82% (nationally) of what a man makes when performing the same job. That’s from the US Department of Labor. So try again!
That's caused by the fact that women choose jobs that pay less. And it's their fault for doing so.
@newsreader right. 🙄
I don’t see that…where are you for that🤷🏻♂️
Pardon?
@guy13 look at the recent posted questions about feminism.
I cried watching roe vs wade being overturned on tv
@boldy_erin that’s an entirely different issue
