I'd like to be fluent in Spanish. By fluent, I mean being able to communicate fully and completely in the language. I own a second home in Panama City, Panama, and I have sufficient understanding of Spanish to order dinner and have very casual conversations. Nevertheless, if there is a problem with the electric bill or the water bill, I have to Mike from across the hall go with me to the utility company to sort it all out.

I already speak Italian, my language, and English. I know a little bit of Spanish, French and German but I wish to improve my German in order to (maybe) a day transfer myself in Switzerland.
