Why are some humans so dumb?

humans are suppose to be the smartest animal right, and yet i feel most people i meet operate on the mental level of a 6 year old, i feel like there is no middle ground you are either intelligent or grade school kids pass you up once they learn fractions

Point of prespective and the dumber they are the louder they are
If you will meen an avrage person you most likely just froget them as they will have no real imprent on the mind
Dumb how ever speaks volumes, you will remmber it
and in time it will seem like most are like that, even that most likely the majorty are just avrage and there are a few genuises out there
