I was in a handover meeting with my manager, her boss and one of my colleagues (my manager was leaving).
My manager and her boss were only giving me eye contact throughout the meeting, with the few exceptions of the other woman. Why?

They were trying to make something crystal clear BUT you spent your Time thinking "why staring at me" instead of listening. If listening you probably would know why you were receiving the attention. Maybe that is it. You are not perceived as being a good listener SO direct eye contact is their attempt to get you to Focus.
