Okay, so I have this male boss, married, no kids. Don't know if it's just me but I notice sometimes he would stare or look at me when he's standing and talking to other people but I don't look back especially when passing by me. One time he approached and asked me a question, after that while walking away he still stared at me though I was already on my computer. I was pretty sure I didn't have something on my face or hair or my look. I'm a shy person so when he would do those stares I don't reciprocate. Makes me super conscious when he's near. And yes, I do have a crush on him that's why I don't look at him when he does.
