That is a very broad statement, but on the whole I'd say NO to that all Men are Women haters. That is not to say that there are some Women out there who cause Men to dislike if not outright hate them but would be due to the Misandry those Women show to Men. It is a Cause = Effect situation which has only got worse over the last 10 years or so.
