I think I would. I'm really good at solving mysteries.
I think I would. I'm really good at solving mysteries.
I have always said yes to this question just because that's who I am I can read people very very well within 2 to 3 minutes I know exactly who you are I can tell if you're lying to me the first thing out of your mouth I can read people very well so yes I think I would be a good detective and no matter what happens to me in real life when people treat me certain ways or things are said or done I always find out the truth and it just comes to you if you pay attention
I think I would be good at it. I've always been good at telling when people are lying to me. And usually when people try to outsmart me, I usually can turn that into their disadvantage.
I think I'm also really good at asking questions. Plus I'm good at piecing things together and reverse engineering a situation.
I doubled majored in criminal justice and forensic science and minored I'm psychology while at university. So most likely yes I would to be honest
There’s a lot more to being a detective than solving mysterious.
@d3n0939 lol
You’re also a police officer. So you need the police officer training and even need to be ready to kill if needed. Have a handful of cops in my family. Intense stuff. Big strain on marriage and kids, stuff like that

Yes, from time to time- but only briefly. Then something to happens to remind me that while I may be great at spotting small details that other people overlook, it's REALLY easy to lie to me. In ordinary life, I just rely on the fact that sooner or later, usually long after the other person's forgotten, they'll do or say something that shows me they lied- but that doesn't work when you're a detective.
I employ detective skills every day in my profession. I try to be like this guy.
I'd make a great detective like Columbo.
Because sometimes I'll play the fool to fool the fool who's trying to fool me. I pretend I'm stupid or guliable with certain people just to take advantage of those who are manipulating me
I’ve always taken interest in PI work, from social to forensic. However, I’m afraid I’d be emotionally affected by some of the stuff I see.
Ehh. Its mostly 10,000 pages of paperwork and 1 hour of excitement.
Haha what a good question, I liek the idea lol
As a forensic scientist, I guess I must be a kind of detective.
Sure I would... "By the way, just one more thing, there's just this one little detail of a thing that's just been bothering me and I just can't shake it, do you mind helping me understand it, I just can't quite understand it..."
I would make a good part of a smart team. Multi perspectives is the most effective.
I'm the one they would keep around because I look like I know what I'm doing, but I'm really just bullshitting my way through it
"Vic is female? Mid 20s? I'm gonna need to see the body one more time. I might have missed something..."
I’d like the service part and would like to find missing children. I’d need a lot of experience and training.
I _AM_ a good detective!
The nature of my work forces me to hunt for errors and then diagnose how they happened along with repairing them.
Oh yes! I'm a very detailed person, and every mistery of any kind i search, and turn, and twist utnill i find the Cause/Problem/Solution.
No! Lol! I have never thought I would be good at it but I did think it might be an interesting job.
Riddle me this. I bring you joy and pain. You can feel me and hear me, but you can’t see me. Life flows through my four compartments and spreads around my world like a tree, and comes back to me to be renewed. I am…
Correct.
Maybe lol. I can be analytical when I really put my mind to it.
Problem is I'd go Dexter Morgan on abusive spouses and pedophiles without a shred of guilt
yes, I would be...
then again, I never get it right at movies
Mind blown. I would have thought the opposite.
@dustybiker I blame the writers... I used to see plot holes and nonsense in all these TV shows and series, so I just stopped watching them, lol
except for Bones... I even watch the re-runs
@NathanDavis Huh. I have never seen that show.
@dustybiker how can you not know about Temperance Brennan, Bones!!
@NathanDavis I have a life?
@dustybiker I have nine...
@NathanDavis That’s disappointing. I’d think immortality should come with more than nine redo's.
@dustybiker no, those were before the... "fact"
@NathanDavis Ah. Learn something new every day.
I think I'm good at it and I could track anyone that Im interested.
No. I process too slowly. Maybe i could be of use on cold cases. Ell oh ell!
