After many years of success, if they decide to terminate, to avoid being sued, they have to document a trail of failure so they can justly terminate. So new manager made sure anything I did failed, it was obvious and very painful. They disguise these plans as "development plans" or such, but it's a termination plan. this is in effect, "gas lighting" by design in the corporiate world and thus, a form of torture if you choose to endure it rather than quit. Most people quit, but I don't give up that easy... so I suffered. Others went through the same thing, it isn't about me.
