Im tired of hoping or expecting bosses or coworkers to be professional or nice or respectful human beings. Im tired of getting let down. Im so fukking over it. Im starting a new job soon and im just like Ugh what bullshit am I gonna have to deal with and maneuver and adapt to now?

Im already anticipating that i will have to gray rock. So many jealous female managers and coworkers in this world.

I've seen a few unprofessional managers here myself but if you go into a job being negative then you might just end up getting them again. Regardless as long as you are being professional and treating others fair then that is what should matter. Set the example and maybe be a lead/manager yourself so that others can respect and look up to you. Jealousy is out there for sure but we can either move on or let it consume us
