A teacher is a teacher & every teacher is different. Some teachers are good teachers & some teachers are bad teachers. Some teachers are strict & some teachers aren’t. Some teachers are your worst enemy & some teachers are your friends.

Respect is a wonderful thing & if you can earn the respect of your students that alone will lead them on a path to liking you. As for your classroom make it a fun place to be. As for your classroom make it interesting & with a little laughter as well. Make your classroom a place where student can just be students & make it a place where they will want to come.

The problem with wanting others to like you is that it can make you compromise your integrity. I would say be yourself, try to be a good person, and let people make up their own minds about you.
