Does my teacher like me more then a student?

I'm 18 years old. My teacher ignores me in front of other students but when I'm alone with him he talks my head off. He gives me 100% on all work whether I turned it in or not. When he walks past me he brushes his arm against mine. At close to the end of the year he tried to put me back in his class next year for no reason. He's always stares at me funny. My dad and I goes to parents teacher conference and my dad notice him looking at me a certain way.
