This is a 50 year old man, and I’m 30. My teacher teases me a lot but not insulting me and does it by tugging my arm lightly. He asks for my opinion about a task. He asks me questions that I would not be able to answer and he himself would know the answers too just to tease me. When he is leaving, he also says for me to leave too, and walks with me to our own cars daily. He glances at me when I smile.
He looks at me a lot, but then he also looks at everyone intently the same.

does he like me or is he moody?

I think he's attracted to you, but he doesn't want to take it further at the moment. Almost leaving the door open- there's potential, but maybe he's attached or trying to get to know you and see if you'll be receptive or not.

Yes, I am actually a student of his. I could potentially stay later, but he says I’m free to go the same time as him. So he walks with me.
