Good question. I'm assuming "the animals" doesn't include humans, and "all foreign languages" doesn't include dolphin; too easy to overlap, otherwise.

I believe that speaking all foreign languages could be more usefull.
Talking to animals is super cool and all but it would only be usefull in areas where there are almost no humans.
I believe that being able to communicate with anyone would be more usefull.

Animals don't really have much to say apart from
"I want food/are you edible"
"Leave me alone"
"I'm horny"
Conversation would be fairly limited

Talk with animals. Humans are very similar regardless of languages spoken. I'd love to learn from the extreme (or not?) of the animal kingdom.

Probably the animals. They're always so scared of us but, at least in my case, they have no need to be and I wish they could understand that.
