Is this workplace a big red flag?

One of the managers walked out on the job and quit in the office. But in the factory itself this young supervisor is cheeky and stroppy. She isn't approachable and hardly gives detailed instructions for any of the tasks. a lot of new factory work only last 3 to 8 weeks before they stop turning up.
