Is My Coworkers Behaviour a Red Flag or a Misunderstanding?

I’m F23 and currently working as a student employee for a company. I have a coworker (M late 40’s to early 50’s) within the department who likes to come around to my office everyday. I enjoy talking to my coworkers and learning about their jobs but this particular one tends to be a little inappropriate when we talk.

For example, I made the error of talking about going to an event with my sorority, while talking to another coworker in the lunch room. He overheard this and immediately asked if it was a bikini car wash. When I told him it was not he told me to plan one and he’d come on by. I decided not to think much into it because it can be a stereotype about sororities.

When he comes to my office he tends to just walk in without knocking and wants to talk. Usually the conversation starts with how he’s surprised to see I’m actually working. Then proceeds to go into how my time would be better sent creating content for Only Fans, since I’d make a-lot more (I’d like to add I would consider myself as being average in the looks department).

He also likes to talk about his life (which is fine) but I find it tends to have sexual undertones to it. For example, he mentioned his love of wearing latex (he didn’t get too much into detail so I could just be thinking about it the wrong way). He told me, I should try it and to use baby powder because it is easier to wear.

In addition, he overheard me mention that my younger sister (18) does baton twirling. I guess he does photography on the side and thought a twirler would be a great compliment to the photos he takes. He wants me to ask her to pose for him and have me be her chaperone. I might be reading into it the wrong way but I don’t feel comfortable having my sister around him for this.

He also comes into my office to do random tasks, the other day he walked in to tape up a parcel he was sending.

I’m not sure if this is red flag behaviour or innocent comments that he fails to realize come across badly.
