Coworkers act weird around me?

my male co-workers who are friends with each other (4 guys) act weird around me. They avoid me, but I catch m looking. They won't come near the place I'm at. What does this mean! I have a big crush one one of them, but no one knows and I don't show anything. I'm very confused.. I feel like they're watching me as if I'm about to do something and they have to take notes. I caught two of them whispering twice.
Could it be my ethnicity? They're white and I'm an arab girl.
The other co-workers act normal though. They look but they don't avoid. They're friendly as well, these 4 guys act cold.
