Hey everyone, I have a male coworker who's pretty cool. We're all around the same age, 18-19. Today is my day off and I was sleeping when he contacted me. Normally, when we want someone to take our shift, we just text them. But this guy called and texted me, which woke me up. I responded to his text and agreed to take his shift, but I'm feeling a bit uncomfortable about him calling me and blowing up my phone. I want to set some boundaries with my coworkers because they're getting too comfortable with me. Just the other day, a few of them even asked if they could spend the night at my house. I'm not sure how to do it without coming off as rude, though. Any suggestions?

when and if they do it again before seeing what they want tell them that you dont appreciate their constant spamming and then ask what they want, if you gotta say no to their favor it will work better for your benefit
Just tell them that you’re not cool with that. As for blowing up your phone, just ask him to please not to do that. He only needs to ask once and wait for your response.
