So my coworker grabbed my butt a couple days ago out of nowhere. She just came from behind and grabbed my butt with her two hands.

First of all im straight and second of all why would she grab my butt. That's just weird. We just started working together.

Maybe she thinks I'm a lesbian because I looked down at her boobs. Which is weird I know but I did it because she wasn't wearing any bra and her nipples were hard. Like I didn't mean to they were just there. She was like really close to me and like I said she was showing it off. But I just looked away quickly.

She has a boyfriend (thank goodness) but she keeps trying to talk to me and brushes up against me a lot and she looks for me. When we talk, she gets really close. I get so uncomfortable but I don't make it obvious because I don't want her to get the wrong idea (I'm straight).

What do you think her deal is? And honestly I'm trying to keep things short with the two of us and strictly friendly as coworkers because I don't want her to think something else.

You know what is more embarrassing? When you had the opportunity to say something and you didn't. When somebody asks you: how come you didn't do anything? You'd be feeling even more stupid. You find somebody who you can trust, and tell them. And if you have to wait till she is out the building, then tell your boss. It will be done in writing. Or write your experiences down in email and send it to your boss, your fears etc. Especially if she is in your business and make you feel unsafe.
