What's his deal?

I have a coworker, he seems nice, but hardly ever talks to anyone, but i always notice him staring at me. Last week he actually opened up about it and said he has anger problems, he's super negative and he doesn't want to get too friendly with anyone he works with. I just find it weird though that he watches me whenever i talk to any of my other male coworkers, and seems happy when i notice him or ask him for help ( he's one of the only 2 people that drive the forklift). Wtf is his deal? I dont engage him in conversations out of respect but it's a tad eerie that he watches me when i talk to other males.

Right? I really just don't get it. I get not wanting to be social with coworkers, but its the way he stares that throws me off

I wonder if he even realizes he is doing it? Like it is some weird habit he can't control. That would give me the creeps too. 😬

Lmfao i kinda wish he didn't. Ignorance was a bliss, now i feel weird talking to other guys, like the look makes me feel like i should feel guilty

I agree 😂. I guess you won't be buying him lunch anytime soon. In all honesty, not sure what you can really do about it.

Even mentioning it to a manager or HR isn't going to do much. They are going to likely give you the "we can't control where people look".
