How can I not get into the friend zone with a coworker?

Recently I have been falling a bit for my coworker. She is cute, upbeat, outgoing, and personable. There are a bunch of guys trying to get at her, but currently I know that she has at least some sort of interest in me. As extroverted as she is, she is a bit shy so I am not exactly sure how to approach this situation. When I text her she responds, but sometimes it just chokes out.

We went out by ourselves a few times and felt like we hit it off a bit. I am shy so I never went to close the deal, ahhh I think she's adorable and we have fun together.

I don't want to keep bugging her so I usually only send one text at a time, is it weird to text doubles? How would you ladies want someone like me to act in this situation?

What do you mean texting doubles? Also, it's nice to text once a day or every other day if you are still interested. While texting too much is annoying, three days-plus w/o texting (if you don't see each other very much) signals to her you aren't interested.

Don't mix toooo much pleasure with business. ;) Just sayin'.

I think this is a bad situation from the start considering she has a lot of guys pining after her. What makes you think you're any different and she will set you apart from the rest? Also, it's generally not a good idea to date your coworkers for many different reasons. Just think about that before you continue to pursue her. Gl
