How to get out of the friend zone?

It seems like with females I can always get to the point where i get the he’s a great guy and treats the women right but to me he’s a good friend. I get that a lot. For example I have one really good friend that I talk to we talk about everything literally everything. Like she knows me better than parents and vise versa. She said we’re best friends for life. Said I’m a bit too young to date for her she’s 25 and I’m 21. But asked if I’d do anything casually and I said I can’t just because I know I can’t do what others do and no strings attached type of thing I catch feelings. I’m just dating to marry so anything else I’m not interested in getting into. But do girl not like guys like me or am I doing something wrong?

I'm a firm believer that if the person we like doesn't like us back then we need to move on. There's no need to keep in touch or stay friends. Once you're friend zone you'll be friend zoned for life.
