A guy and I have been hanging out and hooking up for months. We both agreed that it is more than friends with benefits but didn’t want anything serious. I told him a caught feelings, he told me he did too earlier but didn’t do anything about them and doesn’t have them anymore. Around the time he had them I told him I didn’t want anything more, but he didn’t tell me how he feels and started talking to another girl. We agreed to be friends but I want more.

It's important to respect the other person's feelings and boundaries when it comes to relationships. If the guy you have been hanging out with and hooking up with has clearly stated that he doesn't have romantic feelings for you anymore and only wants to be friends, it's important to accept and respect that decision.
If you still have feelings for him and want to pursue a romantic relationship, it's important to communicate openly and honestly with him about your feelings and intentions. However, it's also important to be prepared for the possibility that he may not feel the same way or may not be interested in pursuing a romantic relationship with you.
If you're finding it difficult to move on from your feelings for him, it may be helpful to take a step back from the friendship and focus on your own emotional well-being. This could include spending time with other friends or pursuing new hobbies and interests. It's also important to be kind and patient with yourself, and recognize that it's okay to feel disappointed or hurt when a relationship doesn't work out the way you hoped it would.
I'm sorry sweetie but if he talking to another girl it's a wrap for now. I would have said you would've had a chance if he wasn't talking to someone else. That's what happened in my situation. We were just friends with benefits and it seemed like it wasn't going to go past that but then he asked me out a few months later but he wasn't seeing anyone else.
