This... is impossible to answer without more information. This could equally be run-of-the mill nosiness, someone wishing you'd back-the-fuck off the guy she wants, or it could be a totally different situation (maybe you're the new girl... and EVERYBODY seems to be looking at you when you talk to this guy... which is something entirely different again).
