How do I deal with these coworkers?

I have these two coworkers a guy mid 20s, gay and a woman older in her 60s. The woman in her 60s is the manager while the guy is a regular employee that acts like a manager. These coworkers are close where I work and have their own alliance or whatever. They even go on their vacations at the same time and I’m left in my department alone is how close they are. The guy gets treated like a spoiled brat and acts like one. The manager gives him everything he wants. The manager follows me around and corrects everything I do and embarrasses me in front of other coworkers. He on the other hand is mean to me as well and will try to blame me for his some of his faults. He is the golden one that gets all the attention from her.
