Recently, My co-worker has been acting really odd around me. Today, I was talking to my manager and as I've walked off she's there standing in front of me staring at me. As I've walked towards her she’s all confused as if she’s been caught out. She acted confused for about 10 seconds and then started talking to me. As I’ve walked off she’s walked with me only to then walk the opposite direction to where she was initially standing. I’ve worked with her for 8 years she’s never constantly tried to be around me and initiate conversation so much.
