Every blue collar worker i know , has been rude, gaslighter, moody, violent and not very strong thinking skill.
It depends.
I've worked in many blue collar jobs and also in a school division for many years surrounded by teachers. There really is such a thing as "Street smarts vs. Book smarts."
When I worked out in the oilfield and farming I would encounter a lot of very mechanically inclined men who were very good at adapting, surviving, and working in harsh climates. Those blue collar guys are the type who had to figure things out for themselves in life. Some of them like my father and brother had a lot of natural ingenuity and could fix anything, build anything, and they were very strong willed. However, working with blue collar guys especially in the oilfield was a nightmare at times. Some of them were very rough around the edges, abusive, alcoholic, aggressive, and definitely insensitive.
Once I went to work as a maintenance man in the school division I was thankful to be working indoors, around nice people who easy to get along with for once. The only problem with the White collar, University educated teachers is that they aren't the type of people who are used to thinking for themselves, figuring things out on the go, and surviving. A lot of them only know what they've been taught and have very limited experiences. As a blue collar guy surrounded by teachers there were times that I shook my head because they have all the education in the world but they couldn't walk to their cars in the parking lot without falling on the ice and they just seemed to always struggle with basic things in life.

No. Maybe the problem is you? It is statistally inprobable for "every" blue collar worker to be the problem. So, that means the common denominator is the problem. You.
