100%, I would do that as a full time job. I already work in healthcare and deal with vomit, blood, feces and pretty much all the fluids and substances and I don't get paid nearly that much. To me it's not a big deal. I tell people, "I've been wiping my own ass my entire life and never got a cent for it."
It's something you do as a parent, something you do as an older sibling, or as a child caring for your geriatric parent. I see absolutely no issue with doing this for someone in between child and geriatric, especially for $200/ hour.

At max that is maybe 4 times a day! So is the "diaper gig" full time $8,000 per week (8 hours a day x 5 days = 40 hours per week x $200) or roughly only the time doing the work $1,000 per week (1 hour a day x 5 days = 5 hours per week x $200)
If full time, what does the job requirements for the other 35 Hours per week? Devils are always in the details, on the surface if the job was to pay me $8k a week to change an adult's diaper, maybe 4 times a day 20 times a week? Absolutely no brainer, but not knowing the requirements of what is expected during the non diaper changing time frames adds some pause to my response.

Add another 0 to that, per diaper. And I will be using hazmat gear.

Hell no! I almost puke when i see a snotty kid i hate body fluids i wouldn't do it for a million and still we pay caregivers like minimum vages that's fucked up! No wonder they might do this instead to earn a living
40 hours a week?
That is over 400,000 per year. I think I could handle that.
Not everybody is cut for that.
How about doing it for your parents for free if they get in that condition?
No, absolutely not.
No, it's not a prestigious job.
