Project Management in Kitchen Design?

Okay, I started my own 3D viz business not too long ago and it's going okay. But it's inconsistent. Which is understandable. But for more consistency and stability I'm leaning into kitchen design, wardrobe design. Cabinetry and such.

There are places that interest me a lot where I want to apply, but I realize that I lack knowledge and experience in the project management aspect of that line of work. Is there anyone who does that for a living or something adjacent, who would be willing to answer some questions?

I promise to pester you with as many questions as possible! But we can take it one at a time 😊
I just really, really want to have as much info as possible (whether I get hired or not) so that the lack of experience is a short-lived hurdle.

If you lack skills in project management, i would advise you to take some course. Also you should consider applying to those places. You might face failure but you would know your worth. Hope this helps

Thank you. I've taken multiple courses already lol but it feels detached from the real thing, so that's why I was asking for people who are in the industry or one like it, to get a sense of the real life application of project management.

I am applying to those places, that's not the issue. It's the knowledge part that I'm seeking.

You have to gain the knowledge from those courses and apply it to your job. Everyone has to start somewhere. I don't think that would hinder you in any way
