To keep track of jobs/orders I use Microsoft To Do (free). It integrates with desktop Outlook if desired and syncs with its iPhone app. In addition I use Outlook's calendar plus add categories and reminders to emails.
I have multiple lists in Microsoft To Do, including groceries (for several different stores, plus urgent), gifts, etc. You can also share some or all lists with others.

This is why nothing ever gets done, no one has an actual job anymore it's managing managers who are managing managers who are... well you get the idea. Then to hide the fact your doing fuck all there's an managing system that needs managing and managers to Manage those who manage it.
Tried loads, really like Trello at the moment.

No, because I've never been involved with project management. I've heard of these programs, and a good friend of mine was a big project manager with a big company and used one of those programs extensively. I didn't know some of them tracked your every second! LOL...
We're trying to get going on one. We're currently trying out Trello. Our rental management system does have a few project management features, but it's not really designed for project management, and staffing in particular is horrible in it.
I use bug tracker and task manager and they do include project management, but that isn't really that useful because my days are controlled more by priority and urgency and the plans they put in place never holds up. Mostly because they make them independent of each other. And if I am part of 10 project, most project will not really move forward every day.
As a member of the technical team, I don't, but each project we're on has a dedicated project scheduler (PS) and they use PM software. Since our projects interface directly with customers, we usually use whatever the customer uses... Primavera is most common. Our technical team usually uses MS-Project for more detailed schedules that the PS sanitizes and simplifies into the project schedule that the customer sees.
I have used Microsoft Project before when I was in grad school. Then I used it when I did a 3 million dollar project where I ended up working.
I used something called Footprints at another job.Amazing question.
I tried Notion for my study, but could not get hang of it. Now I only use to-do list. Works for me. I use the Microsoft one.
🤣🤣🤣
I will be following this question to read real reviews on different management software! It's actually a work flow system but it's purpose is to track our studies, so yes basically the same as a project management system. It's actually very good and is custom built for us, so it fits our line of work and how we work perfectly.
Thankfully I'm not a manager anymore but for years when I managed teams, I used various tools from Microsoft Project to Jira to Kan-ban boards and sometimes even excel spreadsheets in early days.
Thank goodness, I'm free as a bird now and do what I want instead of babysitting childish adults. We have them but I don't use them, only a few of the managers do.
Yup we do, its called Connect Wise. Also SharePoint.
I don't use a project management system at work. But I do use a Virtual machine, so everything I do is logged and tracked.
I have. Used to spend half the day explaining what I accomplished in the other half.
I still can manage with my good ol' board on the wall... we have no big company though
Nope, I use all paper and file cabinets for farm business.
I just make a punch list on jobs that I'll be on for a while. Lately I'm at a different job every day
No. I manage that stuff in my head.
On a more important note - what if all of the 3rd world overpopulation, or most of it, comes from transgedered children of prostitutes?
Just imagine. And ask yourself what prostitutes do and sell after they turn 30.The Hell no. We're all too reliant on technology as it is. Turn the Internet off before The Terminator films become reality 😆
Nope, Just a chalkboard and slide rule.
I haven’t needed to use it.
Yes... I have project managers working for me
