Have you studied speed reading?

I practiced speed reading. I succeeded once only. It was amazing stuff. but I don't know if it helps to get through the test. Have you tried speed reading and take a test. Is it really helps?

Not really "speed reading", but I did study reading comprehension in my first semester of college. Reading faster came along with this, but not really what you'd call speed reading. It was a worthwhile class to take in my first semester.

I've stuck my toe in the water in attempts to master speed reading.

I never got the hang of it.

The vast majority of my reading is for pleasure, so maybe there was very little motivation for me to learn how to speed read.
