Torn on changing jobs?

I’ll keep this shortish, should I stay at my current job ps these are serving jobs
Pros: 1. consistent schedule 5 days a week
2. Always out by 3 leaving me lots of time at home with my partner
Cons: 1. I’ve only been their for a month and the managers already made me cry
2. The tips are not very good
3. Although pretty consistent my hours are short and I could struggle to afford bills




Or take the new opportunity (I know people who work here so not just making assumptions
Pros : 1. way better tips
2. Supportive staff and management
3. Room for more hours
Cons : later nights and less likelihood of me seeing my partner in the evenings/weekends


Do I stay at a place that is slightly toxic and poor paying because it offers me my dream hours and work life balance?
Or do I follow the money and the hours and loose out on free time which is extremely important to me


Come April I will be returning to my seasonal job and will be none stop busy until fall so part of me loves just relaxing at current job but could set me back I don't know just scream your thoughts at me so I can get some perspective 😅

Move on to job number 2. You always sacrifice something for more money. Why stay at a job if you're unhappy there and your not making the money you need

Job 1 sucks. Life is short and you don't need to work at a place where you feel uncomfortable.

Screw that manager. Don't take ish from no one.

Job 2 even though the schedule isn't in your favor, that can always be subject to change.
