I need to change my job and I have a job interview tomorrow with a company that I'd really want to work with. What should I do?
I read somewhere that when they ask you the question "What is your biggest weakness" or "worst quality", there IS a correct answer.
Answering something like, "I'm a perfectionist" actually looks good, because they want someone thorough. Or "I'm a workaholic", because they probably WANT someone who works too hard. You might be able to say, "I only have a ________ degree, but I am striving for _________." This states a weakness to you, that might be an asset to your company!
