I’m self employed and it’s not easy but maybe easier than working for someone else. For some reason, I have this persistent fear of showing my face online, like I’m ashamed of my employment condition, and I don’t know why I’m ashamed. I work 7 days a week but I feel like I’m not good enough.

Do less, but better.

There's a single small thing that accounts for nearly all the success.

Instead of just putting infinite hours, figure out what thing is and focus solely on it.

Everything else, even if very good, is just a distraction for the time being. And most likely an excuse.

Instead of pushing yourself as hard as possible, do it easy. Improve it in the smallest possible increment. Find the judo solution, the one that provides the greatest outcome with the least amount of work, even if not ideal.
