I started taking a lot of supplements a month or two ago to help my immune system out. I'm doing a lot better with that, but I thought that was going to solve my problems with lack of motivation and apathy. It has helped some, but I still feel like I'm bored all the time and struggle heavily to sit down and do my remote work for long periods of time. I feel like I just have to work all the time and never get to do anything fun. What do I do?

The way I would describe this is when I was walking up a hill to get to a good photo spot for sighting birds. The beginning of a worthwhile journey, is not supposed to be fun, it's supposed to be boring and difficult and unfulfilling and unpleasant. Its when you've achieved the foundations and moved on to the more elevated positions, that you will begin to enjoy what you are doing.
