Theses 2 girls always ask me about my grades everytime after we make a exam in class, the Last exam that we had i failed badly and they cared really much that they gave their notebooks for studying and make better next time, and now everytime that we have a exam they ask me for my grades does it means anything, does they both likes me if they cares like that i mean i kinda like them both so

Hmmmm. Kinda weird that it's two girls who would care that much about your grades. Not sure what to make of it exactly. I mean, they could genuinely care and want to help you because they like you in a friendly way, but two girls at the same time caring that much just seems sort of... puzzling.

Really not sure. It could be just one of them who likes you, or both. And maybe they're competing for your attention or something. It's a really strange situation and hard to gauge really, because it's not something you see most girls doing really. And if they do, it's usually not genuine, it'll be because they have some sort of motive. But really hard to say in your case.
