Everyone and their dog has a degree these days.

I'll be honest with you as a guy who has done recruiting and recruited : there is no "better" degree. They are all basically the same, regardless of institution. The difference is the person and their experience. You could have a pass with distinction from Harvard or Oxford and they could be incompetent at the job they do. Whereas you could have someone who has a pass from a small backwater place but has been doing the job for 10 years.

I tend to find a lot of people who hide behind the name of the institution do so as their parents have paid their way.
