Which path would you choose, starting a family or a successful career?

My age is catching up... I am a trainee and will finish it in 2 and a half years and at 30.. I want to study for like 4-5 years... then if it goes well... hopefully... I want to start a family but do you believe that it is too late?

Nurturing my family much better/easier. So we'll have a greater time. My kids can be proud of to have a great father that has achieved so much and would feel more secure, so I can help him or her develop his or her confidence. My wife shall be loving no matter what difficulties we go through.

In life, things usually tend to overlap. I went to school for TWO years, then stopped for a while. During that period of time, I met my partner. We have talked about finishing school before we have children.

See how the lines aren't quite clear cut?

You might find your wife IN your profession. Nobody really gets to pick when they meet their partner. People can choose to advance their career.

At the end of the day, I try to think about how I'll feel in 50 years: will I have regrets?

A regular job from 9 to 5 wouldn't promise me a fullfilling life... because... ehh... it can have quirks.

What on earth do you need so much training and education for? And do you need to do it all before you have a family? Most men would run both activities concurrently provided the funding is there.

There is never a good time for the Family. For many, the pressure of Family creates a must thrive element and improves performance across all areas of life.

Wait too long for the family and you loose big time with things that really matter. Being at an age where you can have kids and totally enjoy them.
