What is your doctor's educational background?

I am no peasant. I only go to doctors who went to Harvard, Duke, or Yale. I can afford it.

I have never put much weight on where they went to medical school. I've been involved with the medical industry since I was 22 and I've never considered that to be all that important. However if I had something really weird wrong with me that was a difficult diagnostic case, I might reconsider. For the average person I don't think it matters much.

Then you are short sighted. Paper on a wall doesn't necessarily mean greatness.

My oldest son had a cast done once by a gentleman who was an Army medic in Vietnam. He had a better bedside manner and more knowledge than many who went to medical school or an ivy league knowledge.

A doctor is far more than their education.

I don't know, but he won't stop talking about how his grandfather was a great medic unjustly persecuted by the Americans for his studies on hypothermia.

Studies that he conducted in a place called Ravensbrück.
