Is it normal for coworkers to talk down on a job that I just got hired by?

So they are talking down about the job? Maybe it is just out of frustration. Listen to it perhaps, but don't take it too seriously. It might not be as bad as they say.

They always complain and say sarcastically “oh I love my job” but they’re telling me basically opposite from what my manager told me the job was. So I’m just listening but in one ear out the other. I’ll most likely like the job tho

They would do it only if they are jealous from you and really wanted that job but couldn’t have it. Ignore such people and show them how happy you are with the job and be confident. Congrats and I wish you best of luck.

Yes, I thought it was like oh they are talking about what they heard about it and warning me. Or whatever. But thanks, whatever they say I’ll just let it go by like I’m not going to cause a big screaming fight about this job lol plus it’s my last 3 days here so i dont really care what happens here

Yeah when I got here they told me they heard about my job and were like telling me it’s hard anc I’ll not like it. And all that
