I'm considering going to culinary school online through Escoffier. I have 4 years of restaurant experience, including 2 as a line cook and 2 as a dishwasher, but I want something to feel proud of. I am currently enrolled at Strayer in a Bachelor of Business Administration program with a concentration in hospitality and tourism management. However, I'm hesitant to leave because I'm already in honors programs and classes there. So, I feel like I'm making my mark, but Escoffier would be a lot quicker to learn as it's only 15 months compared 2.5 years left at Strayer.

I never start something I don’t finish unless I’m removed against my will. I would complete the 4 year program since you already did 1.5 years. The door you know is better than the door you’ve never tried. You can do that other degree later, if you want to continue but don’t quit while your ahead.
stay where you are... and complete it
be consistent, and stick to it... finish what you started
and once you make it, be proud of that
