How would a month to month rent work for an apartment?

I have $6000 in the bank and about to get a temporary job. Would they still let me allow to live there?

As already stated. You need enough money for two months rent and a deposit. You’ll need steady income. They are also going to care about your credit score. If you haven’t rented before. It’ll be tougher to find a place. As they like a good rental history.

If all you have is 600. Look for someone who already has a place and wants a roommate. Be sure to interview them and answer their questions honestly. To improve your chances of a good roommate experience. Last thing you want is to live with a noisy slob if you are neat and quiet.

They require first second and last deposit total rip off and you’re just throwing your money away and can’t sell it I know you don’t have money for a house but I hate apartments. There’s no backyard. I’ve always had a house.

I understand try to find a large apartment. That’s a good deal do a lot of research and don’t be taken advantage of be strong. Think outside the box.

Most places if you go month to month they charge you more

It depends on the place but I've seen like a hundred or $150 more and then some places if you sign a longer lease than 12 months say 18 months they'll give you a little discount
